What You Will Accomplish:
- Demand Strategy Development: Define and lead a multi-channel acquisition strategy across all digital channels that’s targeted at delivering against pipeline and revenue targets.
- Campaign Management: Own end-to-end campaign execution across all digital channels, while collaborating cross-functionally to develop the creative content to deliver compelling campaigns.
- Data & Analytics: Develop an ever evolving set of KPI dashboards to track demand generation performance by channel, ultimately helping to drive decisions aimed at continuous improvement.
- Cross-Colloboration: Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, and other functions to ensure we’re delivering consistent and impactful messaging across both digital and non-digital channels.
- Return on Ad Spend: Manage the quarterly demand generation budget, while ensuring consistent performance against return on ad spend targets.
What We Are Looking For:
- Demand Generation Expertise: Proven experience in demand generation within B2B SaaS products, preferably in AI, legal tech, or enterprise software.
- Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills with expertise across all performance marketing metrics, including but not limited to, CAC, Break-Even Point, ROAS, and Lifetime Value.
- Results Oriented: Track record of successfully and consistently meeting pipeline and revenue targets by expanding existing channels, while also testing into new channels.
- Innovative: Creative problem solver with experience testing new channels and acquisition tactics, along with continuous website optimization.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Experience collaborating with Sales, Success, and Product teams to develop & execute an overall demand generation strategy that drives business impact.
You Will Thrive in This Role If You Have:
- A strong background in B2B SaaS demand generation, with a minimum of 7+ years of experience
- Ability to to navigate ambiguity and adjust to strategies in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.
- Experience in high-growth startups, ideally in legal tech, AI, or data-driven enterprise products
- A sense of accountability and drive to take full ownership of the demand generation function and desired outcomes
- Data-driven approach to decision-making, with experience measuring demand generation impact
